Flatting a comic page is something that anyone can do once they learn it so there is little reason to do it yourself unless you enjoy the process. The longer you spend on something like a graphic novel the more you try to figure out how to maximize your efforts because every stage takes a LONG time. It's good to wear all the hats at first but soon you will learn what do don't want to do anymore and then it's time to start delegating. Thanks for the comments! Good luck with the project too.
